We offer FREE shipping for all orders shipped within the United States and its affiliated territories. Expedited and International shipping is offered and is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

We process all orders within 24 hours of working days once the payment has been received. Availability of each item is displayed on each of the item’s page. Status of the order can be viewed in My Account.

Yes, we do offer international shipping. To check if we offer shipping services to your country, please create an account by clicking the Sign up tab at the top right hand side of our site. In the account navigation, you will find an Address Book where you can enter your shipping address, if you’re country is displayed in the Country drop down then we will be able to ship to your country.

We offer a 90 days return period. Please see additional information in our Return Policy.

It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach our return processing center. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

One of the most attractive features of solar camping lighting is self-sufficiency. As long as your desired area of installation receives direct sunlight for the better part of the day, it will most likely be a perfect option for solar lighting. One can easily avoid spending thousands of dollars running electric lines and operation costs, with an affordable and effective solar fixture solution.

With solar power being more popular than ever, it is quite easy to find fixtures that operate for as long as is needed. The average light fixture in all major categories of solar lighting (Spot, Flood, Lamp post, Security, etc.) feature an operation time of 10-12+ hours. Many commercial fixtures can even be upgraded to accommodate any required run time.

You most certainly can. Due to shorter daylight hours in the winter time you may see shorter run times. However, as long as the fixtures are receiving enough direct sunlight (6-8 hours), you will still see similar operation. Many solar fixtures feature a “low power” option designed specifically for low light and winter month conditions.

The most common cause of a drop-in performance is lack of sunlight due to poor weather. If you have recently had less than normal sunlight hours, simply turn your fixture to the “Off” position and allow it to recharge for 2-3 Sunny days. This will allow that internal battery to fully recharge and operate as normal. If this does not provide a solution, you may need to replace the battery. Most solar fixtures will require a replacement battery after 1-3 years from date of purchase.

Tripod is about 2ft when in its storage bag and extends to about 7ft when in use.

Are these flicker free?
Yes,it is flicker free, you can use the phone’s photo function to see if the phone screen shows a pattern, if there is no pattern, it is strobe-free.

The brightness or lumens rating depends on the light type and bulb. Generally, the best outdoor camping light falls around 100 to 200 lumens per lantern. If you have a large group or area, you may want to maximise your lumen output or use more lanterns. Look for ones between 200 and 400 lumens for larger groups.

Most campgrounds do not have regulations regarding lights in your campsite, but consider how your lights affect others who may be trying to sleep or enjoy the darkness a campground can provide. Keep lights shielded and pointing down. You may want to turn it off completely so you can enjoy that beautiful night sky.

When you need illuminate a large area, you’ll want a camping floodlight in your luggage.
Camping floodlight are usually brighter than your average torch. They also penetrate the darkness at a farther distance than your average light option.

The maximum brightness of the camping light can reach 3450lumen, this level of brightness is a good level of light for LED, CFL or incandescent lighting. For camping to illuminate the tent and the surrounding area is sufficient .

Solar panels can be used for charging, while the 12v storage box can be used for charging, which ensures that camping on rainy days will not produce power anxiety.
